Refund Policy
Drift Zone. (the "Site" or "we") We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with top-quality products and service. By accessing and using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms written in this policy! Please take a moment to review our refund policy:
1. Order Cancellation: Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. There is a short window of time in which we can edit or cancel your order, but this is not guaranteed. If your order has been processed in our warehouse or you have received a delivery confirmation email, then unfortunately we will not be able to edit your order. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us at shop@driftrczone.com with your order number and we will try to change or cancel it for you. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and send the refund, we are not responsible for this!
2. Returns and Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return and refund within the 30-day return period. This means that you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return from the time the status is "Delivered". To be acceptable for return items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact, otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department. Personalized or custom made items are generally non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at shop@driftrczone.com You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Customers fully responsible for the return shipping fees, taxes and any other applicable fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented return delivery. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return for Promotional Purchases: If you decide to return any product(s) purchased during the "Buy 1, Get 10% Off on the 2nd Product in the Same Collection" promotion, please note that the discount will be proportionally distributed among the items. Consequently, your refund will reflect the equivalent amount for each product returned. In simple terms, the refund you receive will be adjusted to match the discounted value of the returned product(s).
4. Exchanges:If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact usshop@driftrczone.comto arrange the exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchange requests are subject to product availability. Customers fully responsible for the return shipping fees, taxes and any other applicable fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented return delivery.
5. Damaged or defective items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us on shop@driftrczone.com after receiving your order. We will guide you through the necessary steps to arrange a return, refund or exchange. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us at shop@driftrczone.com if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
7. Return Shipping: Customers fully responsible for the return shipping fees, taxes and any other applicable fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented return delivery.
8. Delivered but the Customers Rejected or Unable to Receive The Packages: Drift Zone won't refund unreasonable rejected packages. Drift Zone won't refund if customer unable to receive the packages. E.g. Did not answer the phone call from shipping company or no one receive the package.
9. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and send the refund. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. 10. European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, the items must be unused, unopened and have their original seals intact. All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper-proof seals must be intact.
